King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language Participates in LREC 2026 in Spain

The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language is participating in the 15th Language Resources and Evaluation Conference (LREC 2026), held in Palma de Mallorca, Kingdom of Spain, from May 11 to 16, 2026.

 The participation includes two peer-reviewed research papers and a global scientific competition focused on developing Arabic speech-processing technologies, thereby enhancing the presence of Arabic in international scientific forums specialized in language resources and technologies.

 The academy stated that this participation is part of its ongoing efforts to develop Arabic-language resources and strengthen Arabic's presence in the fields of artificial intelligence and natural language processing.

 This participation is an extension of the academy's efforts to develop digital language resources and to foster cooperation with global research institutions, thereby raising Arabic's readiness for modern technologies.
