Passports Directorate Launches 4 New Electronic Services via Absher

Under the patronage of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the General Directorate of Passports today launched four new electronic services via the Ministry of Interior's e-services platform, Absher.

 The newly launched services include updating a resident's photograph, canceling a dependent's record, separating a dependent, and the Absher travel service at the Salwa border crossing.

 Passports acting director-general Major General Dr. Saleh Al-Murabba affirmed that these services are part of ongoing development steps in electronic transactions aimed at saving time and effort, streamlining procedures, and enhancing the quality of the directorate's services. He added that they provide smart solutions and support digital transformation, thereby improving the efficiency of services delivered to beneficiaries.
