Saudi Inventor Wins Two Gold Medals at Mideast International Invention Fair
Saudi inventor Duaa Nizar Khudry won two gold medals at the 16th International Invention Fair in the Middle East (IIFME), held in Kuwait from February 8 to 12. Khudry, a member of Mawhiba Alumni, affiliated with King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), was honored for inventing a device that filters materials and recycles used liquids.
Khudry received the first gold medal from the fair’s organizers. She received the second gold medal, the IFIA Best Invention Award (Best Invention in the Fair), presented by the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA). Mawhiba supported and nominated her to represent the Kingdom at the event, in which Mawhiba is participating for the third time.
