Saudi Arabia Condemns Iranian Attacks on Arab Nations at UN Human Rights Council

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, representing the Arab Group at the 61st session of the Human Rights Council, strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
In a statement delivered by Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva Ambassador Abdulmohsen Bin Khothaila, the Kingdom characterized these strikes as grave violations of international law, the UN Charter, and the sovereignty of the targeted states.
The Kingdom emphasized that this escalation undermines intensive Arab mediation and de-escalation efforts, threatening regional stability and international peace. Furthermore, the statement expressed full solidarity with the affected nations, affirming their inherent right under international law to defend their territories and protect their citizens.
