Human Resources Ministry Wins First Place at Webex Customer Awards 2026

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development won first place in the Bold Explorer: Government and Public Sector category at the Webex Customer Awards 2026, held during WebexOne in Austin, Texas, in recognition of its successful transition to a cloud communications system.

 The award followed the ministry's successful transition from traditional data centers to the Webex Cloud Calling platform. The project was implemented by a national technical team comprising ministry employees. During the project, the number of beneficiaries grew from approximately 8,000 to more than 11,000, an increase of 37.5%. This reflects the efficiency of implementation and the ministry's ability to adopt modern technological solutions.
