
GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre Launches International Fellowship Program
The Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries has launched its International Fellowship in Arbitration and Qualification of Arbitrators Program, aiming to prepare and qualify Gulf professionals while promoting a culture of arbitration and dispute resolution within the region.
Secretary General of the center Dr. Kamal Al Hamad stated that the program targets professionals, consultants, and practitioners across all arbitration disciplines. It offers comprehensive professional qualification based on international best practices. Participants can also obtain a fellowship certificate accredited by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, enhancing their career prospects and arbitration skills.
The program will be delivered through lectures and interactive workshops led by international arbitration experts. The specialized curriculum will cover legal and procedural aspects of arbitration, emphasizing practical applications.
Al Hamad affirmed the center's commitment to strengthening the GCC's legal and arbitration environment. He noted that the program will provide a platform for developing leaders and entrepreneurs, fostering sustainable economic and investment development, and ensuring justice through advancements in commercial arbitration.
