Hajj and Umrah Ministry: Monitoring and Control Center Boosts Efficiency, Service Quality
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has stated that the Monitoring and Control Center is one of the operational pillars of the Hajj and Umrah system, providing real-time monitoring of services, tracking operational indicators to support swift decision-making, and contributing to improved operational efficiency and service quality for Umrah performers and visitors.
According to the ministry, the center relies on an integrated digital system to monitor operational processes through interactive dashboards. This enables service performance to be tracked, field developments monitored, and specialized teams to respond promptly to operational observations and challenges, thereby ensuring smooth operations and the continued delivery of high-quality services.
The center operates year-round, tracking more than 95 operational indicators to measure service quality and efficiency in coordination with 33 government and private entities.
Through a unified system for exchanging operational data and supporting decision-making, the center enables field teams to monitor service levels, enhance the readiness of service sites, and promptly identify and address issues.
The ministry affirmed its continued efforts to develop the Monitoring and Control Center, enhance its operational readiness, expand its data analysis and indicator-monitoring capabilities, and strengthen integration with partner entities. This aims to support swift decision-making, improve service quality, and enhance the experience of Umrah performers and visitors from arrival through departure.
