Volunteer Initiative Enhances Readiness of Female Volunteers at Grand Mosque

The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque implemented an initiative to prepare and qualify female volunteers for fieldwork at the Grand Mosque. The initiative aims to enhance their readiness to perform volunteer tasks efficiently and improve services provided to female visitors.

The initiative focuses on building volunteers' field knowledge and familiarizing them with volunteer tracks and their associated tasks and responsibilities. It also explains the regulations and instructions governing the work, enhancing performance quality and preparedness for fieldwork at the Grand Mosque.

The initiative included several training and practical components, including an introduction to volunteer tracks, assigned tasks and responsibilities, and relevant regulations and instructions. It also included field application, guidance, and follow-up to turn acquired knowledge into practical skills that contribute to efficient and effective performance.

The field component strengthened the volunteers' capabilities and provided them with practical experience by linking knowledge with direct application. It also prepared them to handle the nature and requirements of the work, integrating theoretical training with field practice and increasing their confidence and readiness to perform volunteer tasks.
