UNESCO Regional Center Signs Cooperation Agreement with Kuwait's Education Ministry

The UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education (RCQE) and Kuwait's Ministry of Education signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the ministry's headquarters, attended by Kuwaiti Minister of Education Jalal Al-Tabtabaei and RCQE Director General Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Medaires.
 The agreement reflects shared directions toward building strategic partnerships that contribute to developing education policies, enhancing education quality and excellence, building national capacities, exchanging expertise, and supporting educational reform in line with global changes.
 The agreement will open avenues for cooperation in exchanging expertise, research, and publications; building administrative and technical capacities; preparing studies and analytical reports; providing technical services and consultations; and organizing conferences, training programs, and workshops.
 Cooperation will include projects in strategic and operational planning, education policy development, leadership and governance, institutional evaluation, building the capacities of teachers and education leaders, improving learning outcomes, enhancing the use of data in decision-making, and supporting innovation, digital transformation, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in education.
