Hajj Ministry Reports Major Progress in Pilgrim Experience and Services for 2025

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah highlighted its 2025 achievements in a report, noting that the number of Umrah performers more than doubled compared with the previous three years, satisfaction reached 94%, and the service quality index exceeded 92% for the 1447 AH Umrah season, reflecting the success of its operational, awareness, and organizational plans.
 Satisfaction for the 1446 AH Hajj season also rose from 74% in 2022 to 91%, while the overall quality index surpassed 92%.
 In international cooperation, camps for over one million pilgrims were booked in advance, enhancing preparedness and early organization.
 In media and awareness, the ministry implemented country-specific awareness initiatives to provide guidance tailored to the cultural and behavioral differences of pilgrims. Using innovative educational tools, 20 kits were prepared in 14 languages, each exceeding 135 pages, achieving a 94% reach among international pilgrims.
 On digital transformation, more than 12.4 million Umrah visas were issued via the Masar Nusuk platform, while the Nusuk application surpassed 40 million users. During Hajj 1446 AH, the Nusuk card served over 1.6 million pilgrims, playing a key role in crowd management and service efficiency.
 In the field of training and capacity building, the ministry implemented extensive programs for more than one million international pilgrims across 30 countries in 12 languages, reflecting its commitment to enhancing their readiness and awareness before arriving in the Kingdom.
 The ministry emphasized its ongoing commitment to sustainable, integrated, and innovative services, ensuring a seamless experience for pilgrims and reinforcing the Kingdom’s global leadership in serving the two holy mosques and their visitors.
