Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Chairs Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah Meeting
Under the directives of Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz chaired a meeting of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah to review early preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season.
At the outset of the meeting, the deputy governor expressed appreciation to committee members for their efforts during the 1447 AH Hajj season. He noted that the season's success was made possible by the extensive support provided by the Kingdom's leadership, which helped ensure that pilgrims performed their rituals with ease and tranquility.
The committee reviewed ways to build on the achievements of the 1447 AH Hajj season and discussed mechanisms for the continued development of the Hajj ecosystem. Discussions also focused on enhancing the efficiency of services provided to pilgrims, improving operational performance, and enriching the overall pilgrim experience in future seasons.
At the conclusion of the meeting, members reviewed the agenda items and issued the necessary recommendations to support ongoing preparations and further enhance the quality of services.
