Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Meets with Costa Rican Foreign Minister

 Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy Adel Al‑Jubeir met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Costa Rica Arnoldo André Tinoco on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference 2026 in Germany.
 During the meeting, the two officials reviewed relations between the two countries and discussed developments on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
