Saudi Arabia’s National Events Center Launches “Event Pioneers” Program in Collaboration with Misk Foundation
The National Events Center, in partnership with the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk,” proudly announced the launch of the “Event Pioneers” program, aimed at empowering and training Saudi graduates across eight key fields. This transformative initiative seeks to create sustainable career opportunities for young men and women, equipping them with the expertise to lead the Kingdom’s rapidly expanding events industry.
Beginning April 27, 2025, the employment-focused “Event Pioneers” program will open applications for recent graduates. Over a year-long training period, participants will gain hands-on experience through collaborations with Qiddiya and the Asir Region Development Authority, supporting Saudi Vision 2030’s objectives of youth empowerment, societal vitality, and economic prosperity.
The program targets graduates from disciplines relevant to the events sector, such as event content creation, protocol, visitor experience, marketing and communications, event management, execution, crowd management, and safety and security. Through intensive on-the-job training, participants will develop critical skills to become future leaders in the Kingdom’s thriving events industry.
The National Events Center highlighted that the program underscores its dedication to advancing the sector by nurturing national talent, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s focus on human capital development, local content enhancement, and sustainable employment. Training will be provided in partnership with leading global and local institutes, ensuring a comprehensive, market-driven experience.
