Riyadh Region Mayor Honors 940 Call Center Team for Winning Two Gold Awards

Mayor of Riyadh Region Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf honored the 940 call center team after Riyadh Region Municipality won two gold awards at the Contact Center World Awards for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The municipality received the awards in the Best Contact Center and Best Use of Social Media in Contact Centers categories.
 Prince Faisal congratulated the team, describing the achievement as a reflection of the development of the municipality's beneficiary service system. He stressed the importance of building on the achievement to improve service quality for residents, accelerate responses to their reports, and enhance their experience across the municipality's various channels.
 The awards recognize the call center team's efforts to develop services for beneficiaries and improve communication and response efficiency, contributing to a better municipal service experience for residents of Riyadh Region.
