Aramco Announces Financial Results for Q2 and First Half of 2026
Saudi Aramco announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2026, affirming its continued supply flow to global markets and strong financial performance.
Adjusted net income reached SAR125.2 billion ($33.4 billion) in the second quarter and SAR251.9 billion ($67.2 billion) in the first half. Free cash flow reached SAR46.0 billion ($12.3 billion) in the second quarter and SAR115.9 billion ($30.9 billion) in the first half. The gearing ratio stood at 6.2% as of June 30, 2026.
The company's board of directors declared a base dividend of SAR82.1 billion ($21.9 billion) for the second quarter, to be paid in the third quarter.
Saudi Aramco President and CEO Amin H. Nasser said the company's strong performance in the first half of 2026 reflects the efficiency and dedication of its employees and the readiness of its operations to respond to rapid market changes. He emphasized Aramco's ability to maintain business continuity through its diverse asset base and strategic infrastructure.
Nasser also highlighted the growing importance of energy security and new energy sources, reaffirming Aramco's capacity to scale up production and focus on strategic investment and technology deployment.
