Islamic Affairs Ministry Implements Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Iftar Program in Indonesia

 The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance implemented the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ iftar program at the 99 Domes Mosque in Makassar, South Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. Approximately 7,500 fasting men and women attended, filling the mosque’s halls and courtyards before the Maghrib call to prayer. The program forms part of the ministry’s initiatives outside the Kingdom.
 The event was attended by several officials and Islamic figures, reflecting the standing of the Kingdom’s humanitarian initiatives within Islamic communities.
 The program continues the ministry’s efforts to serve Muslims worldwide during Ramadan. It promotes solidarity and compassion and reinforces the Kingdom’s message of moderation while building bridges of communication among Islamic peoples.
