IMCTC Launches Specialized Training Program on Emergency and Crisis Management

 The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), in cooperation with the General Directorate of Civil Defense in the Kingdom, launched a specialized training program titled “Emergency and Crisis Management” as part of its military training initiatives aimed at enhancing readiness and improving officers’ efficiency in managing crises and exceptional circumstances.
 The 19-day program is hosted by the Civil Defense Institute in Riyadh and includes 24 officers from 11 IMCTC member states. It focuses on developing participants’ theoretical and practical skills in emergency and disaster management.
 The program seeks to equip trainees with the scientific knowledge and technical skills required for effective emergency planning, the preparation and implementation of response plans, post-crisis management, and coordination among relevant agencies, thereby strengthening collective military preparedness and response capabilities.
